In 2013, The Tucker Foundation transitioned to a  web-based grants management process.  The primary goal of the transition was to better serve our applicants and grantees.  Applicants and grantees benefit because the system is more convenient, more efficient and more cost-effective than the traditional paper process

The system also assists us in collecting standardized information from applicants, improving the tracking of project outcomes and increase communication with applicants and grantees. New grantees are required to complete a Grant Agreement that will be available after notification of grant award.  Grant payments are made either by check or stock transfer after completion of the Grant Agreement.  A Grant Report will be due at the end of your project or every year if you are receiving mulit-year installments on your grant award

Grantees should periodically review and update if necessary information (website, phone numbers, etc.) in your organization summary.   You can also add additional contacts for your organization and designate a primary contact that will receive emails when reports or other requests for information are made.

We welcome your feedback on any aspect of the grants management system.  It is our goal to continually improve our service to our grantees.  Your feedback is critical to accomplishing this goal.

Please feel free to contact Amy Moore (amoore@johnsouth.com) if you have any questions. We look forward to working with you and being a part of your accomplishments.
